Nuvoton Technology Corporation

The mission of Nuvoton is to bring innovative solutions to the semiconductor industry. The company was established in 2008 and officially began operations in July of the same year after acquiring the logic IC business unit from Winbond Electronics. Nuvoton was listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 2010.
