Each year, the committee formulates annual plans and budgets to provide subsidies for marriage, childbirth, funerals, and accidental disasters. Additionally, Nuvoton offers various benefits such as annual gift certificates, birthday gift certificates, group activities, travel opportunities, and club activities. Furthermore, Nuvoton collaborates with manufacturers to provide a mobile application that offers discounts from a wide range of merchants. This application includes features such as electronic identification cards, access to special stores at any time (with approximately 2,343 special discounts in 2023), and group purchasing functions. This makes it convenient for Nuvoton employees to enjoy discounts on daily necessities, including food, clothing, housing, transportation, education, and entertainment. These benefits ensure that employees can focus on their work while also enjoying discounts in their daily lives.

Nuvoton complies with the rights granted to workers by the Gender Equality at Work Act and provides full assistance to employees in need. Both male and female employees are eligible to apply for childcare leave following the relevant procedures, in order to support employees during important stages of their lives. In 2023, a total of 11 NTD Taiwan employees applied for childcare leave. Out of the original 8 individuals who were expected to return to work after their childcare leave, 7 chose to do so, resulting in a reinstatement rate of 87.5%. Among the 8 colleagues who opted for reinstatement in 2022, 7 have continued to serve for at least 1 year, resulting in a retention rate of 87.5%.

Nuvoton places great importance on Taiwan's declining birth rate and actively encourages employees to start families. In addition to providing strictly regulated maternity leave, paternity leave, family care leave, and marriage and childbirth leave, we also offer a monthly childcare subsidy for children aged 0-4. Over a period of four years, this subsidy amounts to a total of 240,000 NTD for each employee.
