Nuvoton engages in business activities based on the principle of integrity and actively prevents dishonest behaviors. The company has formulated the " Rules for Integrity Operation Management " and made it public on the official website after approval by the board of directors. It specifically regulates matters that the company's personnel should pay attention to when performing business, and clauses are stipulated in the code to prohibit bribery, unreasonable gifts and entertainment, and to prevent products or services from harming stakeholders. In addition, Nuvoton adheres to the operating principles of integrity, information transparency, sustainable contribution, and prioritizing shareholders' rights, guiding all company members to behave in a manner consistent with ethical standards, preventing disorder, and in order to enable stakeholders to better understand the company's Ethical standards, formulating " Rules for Ethical Corporate Management ", "Code of Conduct for Corporate Social Responsibility", " Corporate Social Responsibility Best Practice Principles ", " Regulations Governing Contributions ", and disclosing integrity operation rules and regulations on the public information observatory and the company's website Information, including the identification standards, reporting and handling procedures for improper conduct. In addition to continually tracking and updating all policies and regulations that could affect our operations, we internally underscore the significance of corporate governance and ethical conduct among our employees from time to time every year. To ensure our internal regulations align with the latest laws and regulations, we follow the requirements of the new Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct to regularly conduct regulatory inspections every quarter. Complaint mechanisms and channels
In terms of the complaint mechanism for integrity management and various major issues, Nuvoton has clearly defined relevant operating procedures through the "Complaint Method for Violations of Integrity Management" and has multiple channels for reporting complaints . The complainant and the content of the complaint are kept strictly confidential. If there is any unfair or unfair illegal behavior, internal or external personnel can make anonymous or non- anonymous reports through various complaint channels. The company will designate the "Sustainable Development Committee" as a dedicated unit to uniformly accept complaints.
