Nuvoton Technology actively adapts to climate change, obtains SBTi Certification
Follow Global Net-Zero Wave,Nuvoton Technology Corporation Officially Passes 'Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) Certification, Pledging to Become a Global Climate Action Enterprise on World Earth Day in Q1 2025。
Following SBTi, Nuvoton Technology Commits：
1. Using 2022 as the baseline year, the company will absolutely reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 48.8% by 2030, covering carbon footprints generated from direct operations and energy usage.
2. Using 2023 as the baseline year, the company will absolutely reduce Scope 3 carbon emissions by 25% by 2030, focusing on emission sources from supply chain procurement and product use stages.
