Nuvoton Technology has been recognized for the first time as one of the recipients of the "Taiwan's Top 100 Sustainable Companies Award" under the Premier Sustainability Performance Award at the 2025 Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA), symbolizing its outstanding performance across the three ESG dimensions—Environment, Social, and Governance. Additionally, Nuvoton has earned the "Corporate Sustainability Reporting Awards" for the third consecutive year, underscoring the company's commitment to transparent, credible, and effective sustainability communication. These dual honors affirm Nuvoton's continuous efforts in advancing sustainability and its vision to "Be a Hidden Champion in Providing Sustainable Semiconductors to Enrich Human Life."

Nuvoton Advances Sustainability Through Triple ESG Initiatives

🌱 Environment (E): Nuvoton submitted science-based targets to SBTi in October 2024 and received approval in Q1 2025, demonstrating its commitment to global climate action and achieving net carbon zero emissions by 2050.

👥 Social (S): Nuvoton continues to participate in the "TALENT, in Taiwan, Taiwan Talent Sustainability Development Alliance" and implements the 3C strategy (Culture, Communication and Caring) to foster an inclusive culture and enhance employee engagement.
