私たちは、国際的な先進的な安全基準、衛生基準、および健康促進の理念に準拠することに取り組んでおり、合法かつ規制に適合した労働環境を提供することを約束します。また、従業員の疾病や負傷のリスクを持続的に改善し、排除するための取り組みを行っています。私たちは、良好な職場環境を作りだし、『環境・労働安全衛生規程』を策定しています。

Management Policy and System

Nuvoton Technology is committed to establishing a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace environment, promoting a safety culture, implementing risk management, safeguarding employee rights and interests through effective communication, and working with stakeholders to achieve sustainable development.

ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System fully implemented across Nuvoton Taiwan and Nuvoton Japan, covering 100% of workers. The system is maintained through internal audits and third‑party certification, ensuring continuous effectiveness.
Regular risk assessment and improvement: Annual risk identification, hazard assessment, and work environment monitoring, followed by corrective actions to continuously improve workplace conditions.
Occupational Safety and Health Committee at both Taiwan and Japan sites; meetings are held regularly with high worker representation to ensure communication and participation.

Plan Name	2024 Achievements
Human factor hazards prevention plan	86 people reported severe pain in the NMQ questionnaire and completed outpatient consultations. Additionally, visually impaired massage therapists provided massage services for approximately 3,990 people in 2024 to alleviate pain.
Abnormal workload-induced disease prevention plan	254 individuals in Taiwan are under management, including 16 at medium to high risk, and have completed physician interviews and assessments. Nuvoton Japan conducts employee self-assessments through stress screening, arranging physician interviews for those willing to participate.
Prevention plan for unlawful infringement in the performance of duties	Hazard identification and risk assessment were completed. The education and training completion rate was 100%. There were no complaints of illegal workplace infringements.
Maternity health protection plan	Employees who were pregnant, one year postpartum, and those who returned to work all completed physician interviews, and four of them were assessed for transfer from night shifts or specific areas to maintain their health.
