ステークホルダとのコミュニケーション

Nuvoton follows the five assessment principles of the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (AA1000 SES), including responsibility, influence, tension, diverse perspectives, and dependency. We identify 7 categories of key stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers/contractors, government agencies/associations, shareholders/investors, community groups and non-profit organizations, and the media.

The Company has established a dedicated Investor Relations (IR) function to respond to investor inquiries via phone and written communications on an ongoing basis. In addition, Nuvoton has developed diverse and transparent communication channels to effectively capture stakeholders' concerns and feedback on economic, environmental, and social (including human rights) issues. A comprehensive grievance mechanism is in place for each stakeholder group. Relevant departments are responsible for collecting and managing grievance cases, while designated management units oversee follow-up actions and resolution. Significant issues are escalated to the appropriate functional committees for discussion. Nuvoton engages with stakeholders and conducts consultations with relevant parties on a regular basis. Responsible units track issues based on their materiality and report progress periodically to the Board of Directors. In 2025, updates on stakeholder communication and the promotion of ethical business conduct were reported to the Board on August 1 and October 31, respectively.
